Tidal Schuylkill Boat Parade 2018

Don’t miss this floating parade happening at Bartram’s Garden Community Boathouse! Anyone with anything that floats is welcome to participate in the Tidal Schuylkill Boat Parade. Enjoy music, food trucks, art activities, and a procession from Spiral Q! Sea you there!

It’s time to dust off your flapper dress and skimmer hat because the banks of the Delaware River are going back in time to the 1920s! You can expect tunes from the era, plus dancing and vintage-inspired cocktails. Proceeds from the event will benefit Glen Foerd’s environmental education programs.

 

Faemily Table: Philadelphia!

Travel with K is for Kitchen to the not so distant land of Philadelphia! At the latest installment of  Faemily Table there will be cheesesteaks, sourdough soft pretzels, and water ice (made with locally grown summer-stone-fruit).
